Director's Dealing

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg, Joint
Managing Director of the Company, has today acquired 33,333 ordinary shares of
5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from Richard Dawson, Finance Director
of the Company, at 60p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, David Sprigg's beneficial holding in the Company is
2,721,033 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.54 per cent. of the issued share
capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts. Richard Dawson's beneficial holding is
117,812 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.19 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.
