At today's AGM all of the resolutions put to shareholders were passed, including
the one to authorise the company to buy back its ordinary shares.  This gives
the company a general authority to buy back its shares and does not relate to
any specific purchases.  The directors have no immediate plans to make any
purchases under this authority.
