The Company was notified on 16 April 2008 by Computershare Investor Services
Plc, the Company's Registrars, that Nicholas Baldwin had arranged for the cash
dividends paid on 25 March 2008 to be reinvested and used to purchase a further
24 shares at a price of £14.5612 per share.

Following this notification, Nicholas Baldwin has an interest in 2,024 shares
representing 0.0002% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Also, the Company announces that Ian Marchant current shareholding is 119,179
shares representing 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company. This was
previously erroneously declared as 119,144 shares. This is due to an inadvertent
under- notification of a dividend reinvestment by his PEP manager.
