Sports Internet Group plc passed the Ordinary Resolution proposed at the
Extraordinary General Meeting yesterday to amend the Sports Internet Group
Employee Share Option Scheme.
The resolution is conditional upon the Offer by British Sky Broadcasting plc
for Sports Internet Group plc becoming unconditional in all respects
