                          Share holding in the Company

The Company was notified on 22 February 2007 by Threadneedle Asset Management
Holdings Limited that Ameriprise Financial, Inc and its group holds a direct
interest in 192,000, and an indirect interest in 2,430,192, ordinary shares of
10 pence each in Spice, representing in total 5.3 per cent of Spice's issued
share capital.
