                        Result of Annual General Meeting


Somero Enterprises, Inc (R), the North American manufacturer of patented laser
guided equipment used for the spreading and levelling of high volumes of
concrete for floors in the construction industry, is pleased to announce that at
the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held today, all resolutions were duly
passed.

Following the meeting Stuart Doughty, Non-Executive Chairman of Somero
commented:

'As we indicated at the time of our maiden Preliminary Results in April, trading
during the first part of this year has continued entirely in line with
managements' expectations and we continue to see strong demand for our products
in each of our target markets.'
