The Board has received notification that Schroders Private Bank holds 192,500
ordinary shares on behalf of Mr DJH Morris, who also has a holding of 2,500
ordinary shares and therefore he controls the interest of 195,000 ordinary
shares, representing 3.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
