Board Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan-Hendrik Markus Mohr to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 March 2016.

Jan, aged 26, is the founder and Managing Director of JMX Capital GmbH, an investment advisory firm. Previously, Jan worked with a number of advisory businesses and most recently in investment management with Investmentaktiengesellschaft für Langfristige Investoren TGV, a shareholder in Grafenia.

Commenting on the appointment, Les Wheatley, Chairman of the Company said:

"Jan's strength in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in complementary business areas will be invaluable to the Board as it seeks to leverage Grafenia's platform as a public company to create shareholder value."

Jan Mohr said:

"I have been deeply impressed with the leadership team of Grafenia and their commitment to focus on the strong relationships they have with partners in the UK and internationally. My focus is to assist the team in prioritising capital allocation and to enhance shareholder value."
