Appointment of Director

Printing.com plc (AIM: PDC), (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pavel Begun as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Pavel Begun is a managing partner of 3G Capital Management LLC, a global value-oriented investment vehicle operating from Toronto and Chicago, which holds 2,740,000 shares in the Company, representing 5.76% of its issued share capital.  Prior to co-founding 3G Capital, he worked for Fiduciary Asset Management and also for A.G. Edwards & Sons where he was responsible for equity research across multiple sectors.  Mr. Begun graduated with Honours from the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance and he also graduated valedictorian from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Finance.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Begun, aged 34, currently personally holds no shares in the Company.   Mr. Begun is a Non-Executive Director of AlarmForce Industries Inc. (TSX: AF), a leading North American residential alarm monitoring company. 

There is no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of his appointment as a Director of the Company.
