of our results in 2000.

1999 FINAL RESULTS

A preliminary announcement of the Company's results and
proposed final dividend for the year ended 31 December 1999
will be released to the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday 23
February 2000.

2000 INTERIM RESULTS

An interim announcement of the Company's results and proposed
interim dividend for the 6 months ended 1 July 2000 will be
released to the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday 8 August
2000.
