Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for a listing of 2,006,453 Ordinary
shares of 12 2/9p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange
and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares shall
rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.

The listing consists of 2,000,000 shares to be block listed
under the International Share Option Scheme and 6,453 shares
issued upon the conversion of Convertible Bonds.
