Holding in Company


The directors of the Company were notified today that on 13 November 2007,
Quiros Limited purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the share capital
of the Company at a price of £11.00 per share.  Following this transaction,
Quiros Limited has a beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company of
62,495 ordinary shares, representing 6.25% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
