The directors of the Company were notified on 7 November 2007 that on 11 October
2007, Quiros Limited purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the share
capital of the Company at a price of £11.00 per share.  The directors of the
Company were also notified on 7 November 2007 that on the previous day, Quiros
Limited purchased a further 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
£11.00 per share.

Following these transactions, Quiros Limited now has a beneficial interest in
the share capital of the Company of 57,495 ordinary shares, representing 5.75%
of the Company's issued share capital.
