Result of AGM

Sirius Real Estate announces that at its AGM held earlier today, six resolutions were passed by shareholders.  Resolutions three and four relating to the re-election as Directors of Amanda Spring and Justin Schaefer were not passed. 

As a result, Amanda Spring and Justin Schaefer will stand down from the Board with immediate effect. 

Robert Sinclair, Chairman of Sirius Real Estate, commented, "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Amanda and Justin for their work for the Company and for the valuable contribution they have both made to the progress of the business."
