NOTICE TO THE HOLDERS OF

SILVERSTONE MASTER ISSUER PLC
(incorporated in England and Wales with limited liability with registered number 06612744)

(the Issuer)

£1,000,000,000 Series 2020-1 Class 1A Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 21 January 2070

(Reg S ISIN: XS2109587977, Rule 144A ISIN: XS2109794508 ;

Reg S Common Code: 210958797, Rule 144A Common Code: 210979450)

(the holders thereof, the Noteholders)

OPTIONAL REDEMPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Noteholders that on 21 April 2023 (the Optional Redemption Date):

(a)  pursuant to Condition 5.4 of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes, the Issuer shall redeem the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes in full at the aggregate redemption amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest in respect thereof, and interest shall cease to accrue on and after the Optional Redemption Date in respect of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes; and

(b)  pursuant to Condition 8.2 of the Intercompany Loan Terms and Conditions, the Issuer shall require Funding 1 to prepay the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Term AAA Advance in full at the aggregate outstanding principal amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest in respect thereof, and interest shall cease to accrue on and after the Optional Redemption Date in respect of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Term AAA Advance.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the terms and conditions of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes.
