Shield announced preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 14 June 2016.

Shield also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 August 2016. The meeting will be held at Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH, commencing at 10.00 am. Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders by Monday 11^th July 2016.
