Company, Investment Counsel Ltd ("GCICL"), on behalf of one or more of the
mutual funds or other discretionary client accounts managed by it, had disposed
of 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company.

Following the transaction as described above, GCICL, on behalf of one or more of
the mutual funds or other discretionary client accounts managed by it, exercises
control or direction over 6,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company which
represents approximately 5.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
