In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") was notified today that 2,282 shares previously held in the Liberty International Share Incentive Plan were transferred to Gavin Mitchell a PDMR of the Company, on 24 August 2010. Gavin Mitchell now holds an interest of 4,874 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.00008%) in the capital of the Company.
