SERINUS ENERGY PLC (AIM: SENX, WSX: SEN), has today been informed that Eleanor Barker, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.155 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Eleanor Barker has an interest in a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.046 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
