Further to the announcements made on 27 March 2013 and 29 July 2013, Senior plc ("Senior") is pleased to confirm that, with effect from 2 September 2013, Derek Harding joined Senior as Group Finance Director and Giles Kerr and Celia Baxter joined Senior as Non-Executive Directors.
