Interim Dividend Declaration
This is to advise you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Slough Estates
plc will be held at 6.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 31 August 1999 and one of the items
before the Board will be to consider the payment of an Interim Dividend on
Ordinary Shares in respect of the year ending 31 December 1999.
The announcement will be on Wednesday, 1 September 1999 at 7.30 a.m.
