Seeing Machines signs major CAT® Dealer to service mining operations across Australia

 

Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology services; as part of its alliance with Caterpillar Global Mining, announces the signing of WesTrac Pty Ltd.

 

WesTrac, globally one of the largest Caterpillar Dealers with a market-leading presence in Australia and major territories in China, will market Seeing Machines' Driver Safety System (DSS) products and services to mining customers across its dealer territories in Australia.

 

WesTrac currently provides mining equipment services in Western Australia, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory in Australia; and the Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Beijing and Tianjin provinces in China.

 

WesTrac's commitment to safety in the rapidly expanding mining sector in the Asia-Pacific region, through its sustainable Zero-Incident Performance (ZIP™) process, is now supported by Seeing Machines' Driver Safety System (DSS).
