On 29 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 29,724 ordinary shares at a price of 129.98p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,582,569 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 114,716,579 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
