               Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008


The  directors  have announced today that the company will pay a  first  interim
dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008 of 1.10p per share.
This  dividend will be paid on 28 September 2007 to shareholders on the register
on 7 September 2007.
