Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on 30 December 2020 at 11:00 a.m. EET, at 16 Kyriakos Matsis Avenue, Eagle House 10th Floor, Agioi Omoloyites, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus.
A circular providing full details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, together with supporting documentation, has been posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website (www.secure-property.eu).
