First Day of Dealings
Aisi Realty Public Limited ('Aisi' or 'the Company'), a closed-ended investment
company focusing on investments in the real estate market in Ukraine, announces
that the Company's shares have been admitted today to trading on the AIM market
of the London Stock Exchange.
Trading in the Company's shares is expected to commence from 8.00am today under
the ticker 'AISI'.
The Company raised approximately US$33.1m through a placing of 50,210,601 new
ordinary shares at a price of 66 cents per share (the 'Placing Price'). On
admission the Company will have a total of 166,191,828 ordinary shares in issue
capitalising the Company at approximately US$109.7 million at the Placing Price.
The funds raised will enable the Company to invest in a number of additional
investment projects currently under investigation which will be in addition to
those that the Company has already invested in.
On admission, the Company's major shareholders include Landsdowne; MacArthur
Foundation; Trafelet; Hansa Investeerimisfondid; Tudor; Fidelity and Woodbourne.
The Company's nominated adviser and broker is Libertas Capital.

Information on Aisi Realty Public Limited
The Company was established in 2005 with the intention of providing shareholders
with attractive returns, principally from capital appreciation, through
investing in real estate development projects in and around the major population
centres of Ukraine, with a particular focus on Kiev.
Aisi will concentrate on office, residential and warehouse developments where
the market in Ukraine is characterised by significant undersupply and rising
prices.
Investments
Since it began operations, Aisi has committed over US$30m to the acquisition and
advancement of six real estate projects - with one project now sold. The current
portfolio consists of three residential and office developments and two
warehouse projects.
The Investment Manager is currently investigating a number of other projects
which meet the Company's investment strategy.
Board of Directors and Investment Manager
The Board of Directors consists of experienced real estate and emerging market
investment professionals. The Board is chaired by Paul Ensor, supported by
non-executive directors David Flitterman and Antonios Achilleoudis.
Additionally, Beso Sikharulidze and Helen Maximov are members of the Board
whilst also being principals of the Investment Manager.
The Company's assets are managed by Aisi Capital, LLC a Boston based investment
management company with a presence in Kiev. The Investment Manager is led by
Beso Sikharulidze and Helen Maximov, both Directors of the Company.
