Repurchase of Ordinary Shares for Cancellation
The Scottish American Investment Company PLC announces that on
27th March, 2000 it purchased for cancellation 300,000
ordinary shares in the market at a price of 266p per ordinary
share and 325,000 ordinary shares at a price of 265.5p per
ordinary share.
