Repurchase of Ordinary Shares for Cancellation
The Scottish American Investment Company PLC announces that on
26th April, 2000 it purchased for cancellation 75,000 ordinary
shares in the market at a price of 246p per ordinary share and
50,000 shares at 247p per ordinary share. There remain
160,785,943 ordinary shares in issue.
