Rights Issue - Extension of Acceptance Period & Online Acceptance Details

Extension of Acceptance Period

Further to the announcement of 13 November 2017 in respect of the Rights Issue, Scotgold Resources Limited (AIM:SGZ) (the "Company" or "Scotgold") advises that the period for acceptance of Entitlement and Acceptance Forms by the Company from Eligible Shareholders has been extended by 7 days. The updated timetable appears below:
