Announcement of NAV and fifth interim dividend

Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited is pleased to announce a Net Asset
Value of 108.9 pence per share as at 30 September 2005 and a fifth interim
dividend payment of 1.6875 pence per share in respect of the period 1 July 2005
to 30 September 2005.

The dividend payment will be made on 2 December 2005 to shareholders on the
register on 4 November 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 2 November 2005.
