Announcement of sixth interim dividend



Insight Foundation Property Trust Limited is pleased to announce a sixth interim
dividend payment of 1.6875 pence per share in respect of the period 1 October
2005 to 31 December 2005.

The dividend payment will be made on 17 February 2006 to shareholders on the
register on 3 February 2006. The ex-dividend date will be 1 February 2006.
