           Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited (the 'Company')

                 ANNOUNCEMENT OF CENTRAL LONDON OFFICE DISPOSAL

Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited (the 'Company') announces that it has
today exchanged contracts for the sale of its 19.73% stake in Mid City Place,
High Holborn, London WC1.  Completion is scheduled for early August 2007.  The
Company will receive approximately £21.5 million at completion.

The Company initially invested £9.8 million in August 2005 and benefited from
re-finance proceeds of £8.1 million in April 2006.  The disposal therefore
represents the conclusion of a very profitable investment.
