holding of ordinary shares were all acquired on 06 February 2008 by John
Frederiksen, Director of the Company.

50,000 Ordinary Shares at 84.46p representing 0.014 % of the Company's issued
share capital. The shares are registered in the name John R. Frederiksen.

Mr Frederiksen is now the beneficial holders of 50,000 Ordinary shares
