                    Substantial Share Interest Notification



We are writing to advise that the Company was notified on 10 February 2004 that
Close Wealth Management Limited has a notifiable interest in 4,005,016 ordinary
shares of 10p each, representing 3.2% of the 125,003,500 shares in issue.

The above interests are non-beneficial to Close Wealth Management Limited and
arise by virtue of the discretionary management of the above shares under
written agreements with the beneficial owners of the shares.

The date of the transaction was not disclosed.
