Final Dividend

The Directors of Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 2.00p net per share for the year ended 31 July 2015.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 3 November 2015, the dividend will be paid on 6 November 2015.

Record date:	16 October 2015
Payment date:	6 November 2015
Dividend per share:	2.00 pence net
