Final Dividend

The Directors of Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 1.75p net per share out of capital for the year ended 31 July 2013.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 November 2013, the dividend will be paid on 11 November 2013.

Record Date:	18 October 2013
Payment Date:	11 November 2013
Dividend per share:	1.75 pence net
