DIRECTOR'S APPOINTMENT
The Company announces that on 29 July 1999, Mr Jonathan Jeremy Kirman Taylor was
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr Taylor is aged 55, has
considerable experience in the Far East and is Chairman of Dragon Partners
Limited.
