Annual General Meeting

Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA at 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 15 December 2015, resolutions numbered 1 to 13 as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.

These resolutions included an ordinary resolution to approve the continuation of the Company as an investment trust for a further five year period.
