NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGE

Savills PLC 13 March 2001 For immediate release 13 March 2001 SAVILLS ANNNOUNCES NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES Savills plc, the international property adviser, has today announced that following the sale by First Pacific Company (FPC) of its 19.6% shareholding in the company, the Non-Executive Directors nominated to the Board by FPC, David Eastlake and Michael Healy, will stand down with effect from close of business on 13 March 2001.
