The Company has been notified yesterday that, following a purchase on 28 August 2009, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds 50,669,446 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 6.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds the shares on behalf of its clients.
