The Company has been notified today that, following a transaction on 20 April 2009, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds 43,014,630 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 5.26 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds the shares on behalf of its clients.
