                         Notification of Interim Results

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the designer, manufacturer and distributor of
furnishing fabrics and wallpapers whose international business includes the
brands Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, will announce its Interim
Results for the period ended 30 July 2007 on Thursday 4 October 2007.


An analysts' briefing will be held at 10.00am on the day of the announcement at
