                      Notification of Preliminary Results

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 January 2007 on
Tuesday 17 April 2007.


An analysts' briefing will be held at 10.00am on the day of the announcement at
