                               Director Share Purchase


Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, has
been informed that on 24 November 2006 Charles Gray, a Non-Executive Director of
the Company, purchased a further 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at a price of 39.72p per share. The shares are registered in the name of
Charles Gray's wife, Marjorie Ann Gray.

Mr Gray's resultant shareholding is 150,000 shares, equivalent to 0.25 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
