T2 Income Fund Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that it was informed
on 5 October 2006 that Advance UK Trust plc has acquired 1,460,000 ordinary
shares. Following the purchase, Advance UK Trust plc holds a total of 1,460,000,
ordinary shares, representing 3.84% of the Company's issued share capital.



The Company was also informed on 5 October 2006 that following a sale of shares,
Lansdowne Partners Limited, on behalf of client funds that it manages, no longer
controls more than 3% of the Company's issued share capital.
