T2 Income Fund announces investment

January 5, 2006. T2 Income Fund Limited, a newly established closed-end Guernsey
exempt investment company, announced today that it completed an investment of
approximately £4.6 million in senior secured notes of a wholly-owned subsidiary
of a leading Internet infrastructure solutions business based in Canada, bearing
interest at 6.5% over LIBOR, along with warrants to purchase the parent
company's common stock. The transaction was finalized December 30, 2005.
