Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving devices, announces that it has been notified that Karl Monaghan, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday purchased 1,008,850 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 2.5 pence per share representing approximately 3.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. As a result of this transaction Karl Monaghan holds 1,258,850 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
