Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the electricity utility company focused on the ownership and operation of power generation plants in Latin America, announces today that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14 July 2015, at 10.30 a.m., at Rurelec PLC, 17^th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London SW1P 4QP. A number of resolutions will be put to shareholders.
