Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the electricity utility focused on power generation in Latin America, was notified on 15 February 2013 that  YF Finance Limited has reached the 5% threshold and now has an direct interest in 22,045,212 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.24 % per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
