AorTech International plc ('the Company') notes the recent dramatic rise in
the price of its Ordinary Shares and the level of speculation in the press.
The Company is not aware of any information which might be price sensitive
which was not contained in the preliminary announcement of its results for the
year to 31 March 1999 or the announcement made on Friday 30 July 1999 in
connection with, inter alia, the placing of New Ordinary Shares.
